Domestic Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped from the farm or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Carriers used in South Africa

Creation makes use of two companies for the distribution of private parcels.

RJ Courier Services fulfills orders within the Western Cape Region.

Aramex Logistics fulfills orders in Northern Cape, Gauteng, Freestate, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Kwazulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, North West



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has processed. The tracking number for Aramex will be provided upon request should it not already have been provided. You may request your tracking number from info@creationwines. You can track your Aramex order n the following page 


Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Should you receive your order damaged, please contact the We will consequently replace the damaged goods and place a claim with the carrier.
